In September 2023, inventory has started to rise, forcing housing prices to decline. Although it is a painfully slow process for buyers waiting to get a good deal on houses, the scale is slowly starting to tip, and we are starting to see prices decline. We are also starting to see houses that aren't priced sharply, sit on the market while more and more houses fill up the inventory and squash the demand for highly priced houses. I think in the next coming months, we will continue to see more of the same.
